who possess a rich and long tradition
cultivating the food of the gods under
sustainable systems and in perfect harmony
between their communities and their ecosystems.”

What is Cacao?
Cacao is a tropical fruit that comes from the cacao tree and it’s rich in antioxidants, proteins, and magnesium. This ancient sacred fruit has been produced in México (Mesoamerica) for nearly 4 millennia, and it was the great Olmeca people who learned how to cultivate it. Over time cacao culture spread out to the Aztec and the Mayan empires.
